17 day diet... [JadeLee] 1 child; Minnesota 12190 posts

Anyone do it?

My mom did it and lost 10 pounds.

I like my whole grain pasta but I think my weight loss needs a kick start.

Has anyone done 30 DS and 17 day diet at the same time?

My mom has surgery tomorrow so I am thinking I will start something next week.

If I don't do them at the same time should I do the 17 day diet first and then 30 DS or vice versa?

When I was searching I found your thread from may I believe?

That is AWESOME though. How long did you do it for? Did you buy the book or follow one online? Any work out with it?

You stick to a strict meal plan only veggies proteins and some fruit.
Copied from another thread.
"here is cycle one. you eat this for 17 days, then you combine it and cycle 2 for the next 17 days alternating each day.

*no fruit after 2pm
*drink alot of water
*only green tea w your meals
*each morning drink a glass of hot lemon water
heres cycle two

That is a long time, but I don't like mashed potatoes or bread really anyway. I just don't know what I will do without my cereal.

So it is worth it to buy the books?

I lost over 50 lbs on that diet about 8 years ago. I'm thinking of doing it again because I kinda let myself go and it's been really rough on me emotionally. :(
