I am so angry at my scale.
It hasn't budged in over 4 weeks, despite eating healthy and working out (an hour of cardio a day. Roughly 700 calories burned per day 4-5 days a week)
A few times, it was even HIGHER than normal
But I just walked to the store, and my favorite jeans barely stay on. The waistband dipped below my hip bones a few times and I had to keep holding them up
(as a side note, how the f**k do guys walk around with saggy pants all day? I was going NUTS!)
So I weigh the same, but am losing inches and going down a pantsize
I don't know what to think about this
