I went to the urgent care a week and a half ago, and was told I have a calcification on the side of my knee cap causing my pain. she told em to rest it a week, then follow up with the bone dr. I go to see him on Wednesday, but today I woke up and have wanted to just go out and run! Does anyone have tips to get this to heal faster so I can get out and run, or anyone know of an exercise I can do in the mean time until it does heal?
you should be able to run if you run correctly.
