by a 21 year old guy who was ready and willing to step up and be a father, what would you do?

Try to press charges since that it is statutory rape

If he was willing to help and didn't just split right away, there's no way I would send him off. It's his responsibility.

If the father is willing to parent his child, he has every right to. As the grandmother, you would have no say in the anyways. He has rights to his child. Period.

my 16 year old wouldn't be dating someone that old to get pregnant by in the first place. I would lock her in her room until she was 30. And if she somehow managed to slip by me...I would have his balls.

I would try to talk my dd into an abortion. Her BF would be charged with rape, if I had any say.

if he wants to help, why would I send him away? So my child can raise a baby on their own? no.

That's not going to work at all.

I chose other, because I wouldn't be supportive at all.
It's statutory rape and I would not be a happy mama.
I wouldn't stop them from seeing each other though.
As long as he stuck around and helped raise the child, that's fine. It would be his responsibility.
Now on the other hand, if he were to get her pregnant and split, there would be charges pressed.
