Lower back pain & Lots of pressure Brittni Leiker Due November 7; Russell, Kansas 16 posts

So, I'm 39 weeks. Dilated to 3 and not sure how effaced, all the doctor said was pretty thinned out.. I've had lower back pain for most of the last half of my pregnancy but today it just got to the point I almost couldn't handle it. And I've had such horrible pressure in my lower abdomen, I can tell he has dropped and I can feel his kicks and movement very, VERY low down. Have any of you ladies experienced this? And what have you done to help ease it? Or do I need to contact my doctor? I've tried Tylenol, hot showers, moving around, and shifting positions.. None of it's helped. ):

Thank you!!

Might be going into labor that is what it felt like with my middle child, no contractions just a lot of pressure and lower back pain like right into my tailbone and then I started pooping a lot (sorry tmi)

I work in a nursing home, lol. The tmi stuff doesn't bother me! Was there anything that made the pain any more bearable?

Maybe get on your hands and knees or sit up straight with your pelvis tilted down. gl moma
