So this might sound stupid but could a baby actually bruise your ribs during the last few weeks of pregnancy? I've bruised my ribs before and I swear this feels identical to it.

Really? :( I was half-hoping to hear that I was a dumbass and things like that were impossible because it'd mean the pain would hopefully go away.

It most certainly is. My son kicked me in my right rib right underneath my right breast and he eventually cracked it. An x-ray taken not long after birth showed the fracture and while it was almost healed up it was enough proof that he had actually kicked me hard enough and long enough to not only bruise but also crack my rib.

With that being said my bones aren't as strong as they should be.

At my last ultrasound, I was told that head is all the way down and his feet are right in my rib cage, so he's everywhere. It's killing me. I was still hoping the pain would go away, but as of yet it's still awful. Ugh.
