H'm. Maybe.
IDK though. I (ashamed to admit) have alotnof semi-rwcist relatives who are still die-hard Obama supporters

And I would vote Democrat either way. But I suppose it's possible that a lot of people base it as a race thing.

ETA: drunk typos

It's not racist to report the statistic. It certainly shows that racism is alive and well among african-americans.

No.

Do you think that it's racist that a whole bunch of white people would have voted for the white guy?

How do they even know what the voters race was anyway? What type of information are you required to give when you vote?

That was also on page 1? Would it be fair to say racisim is still alive if 96% of white people voted for Romney and 96% of black people voted for Obama

They know because you have to be registered to vote? And your ethnicity is part of your registration and basic individual information. In this case, being reported on the news was per polling outside the polling stations. It was reported in ways such as "White working class" "African American Voters" "Elderly voters"

How in the world is the majority of African Americans voting Democrat in the least bit racist?

What about if the stat was flipped? What if 96% of white people voted for a white man?

It's funny how these stats were reported. I'm curious how other people see them

The statistic itself isn't racist.

Now, if someone said, "I voted for Obama because he's black" *cough* Jay Z *cough* - that would be racist.

On a side note, I'm so sick of the whole race debate. When is it going to go away?

Did Jay-Z really say that?

And I know right? I deleted six people from Facebook today because of the little hissy fits they were throwing about they don't want four more years of a "nig***." Are you kidding me... -_-
