I was on a track team in High school, and loved it, miss it terribly. I was a long distance runner, wasn't the best, but I believed I could have had better training, my mile time was just under 6 minutes.. I was wondering, if I'm 26, is it realistic for me to want to join a track team again at a college? Am I too old, maybe there is an age limit? Ha Ha I've had 2 kids, but my body is still in shape, still got my 6 pack, just need to tone up and have my body used to running such long distances.
