but this is the thing that really pissed me off too in wis each felony is a diff class ok i was with people that robbed a gasstation that i didn't know they where going to do so this is the felony i got
CLASS C FELONY

For a Class C Felony, the penalty is a fine of up to $100,000, or imprisonment of up to 40 years, or both; however, for a repeat offender, the term of imprisonment may increase up to 2 years with prior misdemeanor convictions, and up to 6 years with a prior felony conviction

but for killing 3 people this is what she got
CLASS G FELONY

For a Class G Felony, the penalty is a fine of up to $25,000, or imprisonment of up to 10 years, or both; however, for a repeat offender, the term of imprisonment may increase up to 2 years with prior misdemeanor convictions, and up to 6 years with a prior felony conviction

Because she was charged with negligent homicide not murder. She didn't plan to kill anyone and she wasn't under the influence. Don't get me wrong, if it were MY child that had died I think I'd be screaming injustice but it would be from grief. Looking at it logically the ruling was fair IMO.

You don't get to decide that.

Force her to teach other kids. OR How about, she learns from what happened and does it on her own, which would be 100x more effective.

Well I'm sure you would but it wasn't your child so why can't you reason the ruling out? It's been pretty well spelled out for you. Besides you don't get to choose punishment.

Right, because she isn't suffering enough already with the guilt she will always live with.

Right? Why do so many people think that court rulings are or should about their personal revenge?

! she's likely suffering already. i'm sure what she really needs is her own parents turning against her and insisting on a heavier sentence? wtf?
