This morning when I got on the scale I was 243.... Three months ago I was 260-265... I'm making good progress... Sometimes I feel like its all for nothing.. But one thing I have learned it that when you lose weight slowly you don't gain it back easly. All the other I have tried to lose weight I will go off my diet for a few days and all the hard work I had done was for nothing because i would just gain it all right back..

So although the progress is slow, I am 100 percent I will be able to keep it off... Oh btw 9 months ago I was like 280.. I can't wait to be in the 30s!!

Good work mama!! It is better to go slow than to crash diet. It's healthier and your body adjusts and you're right you keep it off easier. You have to make lifestyle changes not diet perse.

Yes.. I think that is why I am still losing weight and able to stick to it... It's not a diet just eating better...

Although I need too, I haven't worked in exercise.. I've done it all my eating choices. I eat tuna a lot for lunch, with no mayo, I use mustard and Italian dressing but every now again with mayo... We don't eat out as much, and when we do I don't get fries and I try to eat chicken.. I try to not boredom eat, which is what I used to do 24/7...

That's great!!! Don't worry so much about the weight but your health and how you feel as well. I felt 100x better after eating better.

I used my fitness pal religiously an counted my calories. I lost 20 lbs before I got preg. We drank Visalus shakes for breakfast yum yum. And I would make low calorie meals. Lots of chicken. We got 100 calorie tortillas. Ate a lot of bell
Peppers. Measured stuff out and followed serving sizes.

Way to go girly! Keep it up. Even tho it's 6 months away after I have this baby I'm going to try to lose a lot of weight. I'm tired of feeling the way I do.

My son is 2 1/2 and I have been saying I was going to lose weight for ever.. When I got pregnant I was 250...I had him at 280...lost 15 in baby weight and went back up to 280 cause I was eating as if I was still pregnant. I would always attempt to lose weight but not the right way.. Now I've finally learned that its going to be a process and not happen over night... I think that's the best way to stay on track... I'm sure you can do it.. I still eat all my foods just smaller portions and I try for healthier substitutes
