The recipe I'm using for chicken noodle soup calls for corn starch...



Is that normal?



Or should I nix it?

I normally use flour.. It's to thicken the broth

Sounds normal- probably just for thickening

Ive nevered used cornstarch. I feel like the starch from the noodles help thicken it just enough
