I gained 80 lbs with my recent pregnancy and before that i was at a somewhat ok weight, but still had extra flab on my stomach from my first pregnancy. I already cut out all beverages except water and i walk on the treadmill about 60 minutes a day. I also do a zumba video twice a week. Are their any diets or extra tips you ladies have about helping me lose this weight and tighten up? I'm starting to get depressed about this and i'm truly on a mission. i'm currently at 200 lbs and my first goal is pre-pregnancy which is 160, my second goal weight 140.
