Where do you get the green coffee extract?

you can get it on amazon or google it, you want one with at least 41% of the actual green coffee extract and less of the other fillers. The one i have is 50% but i can't remember the website i got it from. Be careful if you are going to work out though, i took it before one of my workouts and my heartrate got dangerously high and it took a long time to come down so now i wait til after my workout to take it.

Those aren't real. The only way you can get them is to order from overseas. I suggest going to hcgdietinfo and looking at the forum. It gives lots of info and places that you can buy. It's a hard diet but quick results if you are very dedicated and willing to change your lifestyle and way of eating. I started at 210 and went down to 160. I reached 160 in January and still at that weight. I stopped eating fast food...learned a TON about food that I never took the time to learn prior to the diet and feel so much better! But if you plan to cheat on your diet or go back to your prior eating habits...this diet isn't for you. If you cheat on this diet...it's not uncommon to gain 2-3 lbs over night. But if you do it correctly.....it WILL and does stay off. I was addicted to diet pills for years and this diet kicked the habit . I used to really struggle with over eating and really credit this diet for a lot of great changes in my life!

No! Not the same thing at all...if you read the box it will tell you it does not actually contain hcg.

Down 14lbs since Nov. 4th--started green coffee bean extract (capsules) on Oct 30, gym 3x week and using loseit.com to track calories in and out. I really think it is the gym and watching calories though (as all the experts say) because i am horrible at remembering to take pills and i am supposed to take the green coffee 2x a day and i take it once daily IF i remember. have to say loseit.com has a VERY extensive food list for recording calories, even restuarant menus, you input your data and goal and it gives you a daily budget for calories and tells you when you will reach your goal based on a 2lb weekly loss, which i have lost more than that 2lbs weekly so far. Didn't realize how poorly I was eating and where I was wasting calories til I started using this program--it rocks!
