It's really a great program IMO. The meetings are great to start with especially, to keep you accountable. They also are motivating IMO.

The cheapest way to do it is a monthly pass. That lets you go to as many meetings as you want and gives you the online tools. It's 40 a month. Once you figure out the program you don't NEED to go anymore if you don't want to, and then it's pretty much free if you use a paper tracker and a weight watchers calculator (you can buy both for about $10 at a meeting). So I suggest doing the $40 monthly pass for the first month, get the tracker and calculator, then if you don't want to do another month you can cancel it and do it at home for free, or you can keep doing to meetings and pay the $40 a month.

Weight watchers was all I did nutrition wise. I worked out. I got a fitbit to help me be more active during the day. In that time I also got off gluten (realized I had a problem with it). I've had some health issues and have also gone on Prozac, which I guess can cause weight gain but for me it's really curbed my desire to stress eat. I have to be careful with exercise (fibromyalgia) so I mostly do walks and some weight training. I was running but it really caused my symptoms to get worse so I don't do that much.

My doctor has put me on Prozac because she said its a good appetite suppressant. I plan on going to the gym a few times out of the week and also do a lot of walking.

Yeah, I walk a lot. I take the kids to the playground twice a day and we usually go on a walk before we go there (so I push them in their stroller). I do strength training through the day and usually try to climb 10 flights of stairs, but that one often doesn't happen, haha

I am on my feet a lot in the afternoon. I work in a school so i am constantly on my feet chasing around kids.
