my son will be 2 next month, he can count to 17 (like actually count items, not just know how to say them in order) sometimes he skips one number though. we're trying to work on shapes/colors, but i'm not rushing since he's not even 2 yet.

RJ knows how to say several colors and identifies a few by name when I ask him. Or if I ask him to find something a certain color he's able to. I don't think I've put much effort into teaching colors, but I'll usually say something is a certain color and he's picked it up from that. We're working in letters a little right now, but not really numbers.

Liv knows every letter of the alphabet, it's sound, and can point them out. She can count to five but can point out 0-9.

Colors though... everything is purple. ha ha ha. She's 20 months.

My son turned 2 in August and is trying his best with numbers and colors. He always mixes the colors up though, he knows the names but doesn't usually get it right, I always correct him though. And he tries to count to ten but usually skips 1, 5, and 7. And he randomly recognizes the letters A, S. and W. lol.
