I am on Day 2 of my diet. I am determined to shed 180 lbs. I made a bowl of quick oats and added cinnamon. First time the cinnamon was overpowering, so I dumped it in the trash and tried again. Now it's like eating cardboard. But oh well........

You won't be eating cardboard. I've tried a bunch of her things and they are really good!



Or try smoothies. There is one that you make chocolate milk and add it to the blender with like 2 tablespoons of quick oats (uncooked), peanut butter, and a banana. I would add ice though because it was warm, but Soooo good and filling.
