Everyone is going to tell you to stay away from castor oil.

I haven't heard anything about ginger tea, though. And dilation and effacement isn't really a good indicator of when you will go into labor. When I was induced four days after my due date I went in at a 4 and about 80% effaced.

Oh holy geez.

Your baby will come out when it's ready to come out.

And if you go overdue, your doctor will decide the best time to induce you safely.

The end.

I was reading yesterday that rasberry tea only helps tone the muscles, and does not help you go into labor at all. The only things they say help your uterus spasm and may help start labor are sex, orgasm, n****e stimulation, walking, and black cohosh.

I've heard great things about Rasberry Tea and I started drinking a cup a day a 2 weeks ago. It's not supposed to induse labor but it does something for your muscles in the "reproductive" area. Supposedly. We'll see though, right?

honestly, I got some at Big Lots. Its YogiTea "mother to be" organic. It also has pepermint in it. I would think you can get it at the grocery store
