cleaned a ton yesterday... but never worked out. I NEED to work out today.. but holy shit I'm SORE! My legs hurt so bad. I ran up and down the stairs a ton,, and had to clean out a chest freezer and lift it multiple times to get it to drain.
anyway.. pointless post.. but, I don't feel like running around cleaning counts as cardio.. but now my muscles are too sore today to do any. ugh.. and.. my weight is up again. I try to keep it under 135, (prefer under 130)..and now I'm going into the holidays at 138.

yea, I eat a lot of protein. It'll go away, probably by tomorrow. but.. just frustrated because I seriously hurt too much to work out today,and need to. I work crazy hours, have 4 kids, and drive an hour to work so I don't have time to work out every day. Today I have time... but cna't.
ugh.. I'll probably take a bunch of motrin and suffer through it.
