You cut out all foods high in carbs. No rice, pasta, breads, etc.

Yuck! But I'll get used to it as long as I loose some weight.

My mom did low carb and lost 100lbs.

Prepare for breakfasts to be eggs, sausage, ham steaks - eggs and breakfast meats, basically. My mom also fries a little bacon with cabbage and its actually super tasty.

Learn to utilize lunch meats - we would do things like roll cheese and other toppings inside of the lunch meat. Just watch your condiments!

After the induction stage, you start adding carbs in, I suggest trying Dreamfields pasta. Its very carb friendly and actually tastes really really good!

I'm gonna try that! Definitely don't wanna lose 100lbs since I would be a strand of hair if I lost that much. But if it worked that well for her, I'm willing to do it! haha.
Thanks.
