I go through exercise phases lol.
I will exercise for like 3-6 months really really well and then end up accidentally taking a month or two off because I get lazy. Then, when I start feeling super gross and I exercise a ton again for months. I pretty much get lazy when I reach my goals or feel really good about myself.
I know exercise should be a life style change and I try but idk, I go through phases but even when I not in my exercise phase I make sure to eat healthy.
Is this weird?
I do it constantly.. I'll go on a jogging kick for awhile, then stop.. Start eating all organic, then stop.. Etc.
I think it drives DH nuts ;)

Haha. We always eat organic because my fiance works at Whole Foods and he has a 30% discount. Him and I also like to go jogging together when we can(assuming my son is at his grandmas ect..) but idk, it's hard to stay on it for years and years I am noticing lol.
I really get into it when I notice I start to gain weight again or when I just don't feel right. I think if I had friends who consistently worked out I would be more motivated for longer periods of time >.<
