So i was in class today and i was talking to a couple people and one of the girls said eating to much turkey at thanksgiving can make you go into early labor??
can you really go into early labor by eating to much turkey?

I've never heard of that. I have heard that it makes you sleepy though.
If your worried I'd ask your doctor. I'm sure they would know.

Myth. L-tryptophan causes sleepiness. If anything, I would think a large thanksgiving meal might delay labor!
