How many women really want a guy who left them while they were pregnant and let them go through a very scary time in their life alone be there for one of the most intimate moments of their entire life? I doubt many.

ya i definitely would not.. i would want someone that cares about me in there.. to me though, it's also not a "pretty moment"... so I never can understand why people have their parents and stuff in there.. NO WAY i would want that.. I'd be embarrassed.. so pretty sure I'd feel that way with a guy that basically has no relationship with me or feelings...

I'm aware he doesn't want to be together. I feel the same. What I am trying to say is there is more to pregnancy then him just 'starring at my belly' there are doctor appts, shopping for baby stuff/ helping me put thr babys stuff/room together, birthing classses etc! Stuff which he said he would do! And him coming to see me we should be able to hang out as friends so I can learn to be comfortable raising a child with him..

Unselfish women who want what's best for their kids and won't deny them their father for bullshit petty reasons :?

I wish my BD have half a shit about my daughter, despite the fact that I hate his guts.

Oh, I'm selfish? Really? Because I didn't want him there for the birth? Seriously? I doubt my daughter is going to be like...oh man, I remember my birth, I wish my dad had been there! C'mon.

She's coming out of my vagina, so excuse me if I didn't want him there for that.

And I am glad he's not around, he wouldn't be a constant in my daughters life, so it's better for her that he's not here. If he were a good person who was going to be there for her and support her, I'd have no problem with him sitting in the waiting room, but that's as good as it would get.

Did I say that?, no, I'm pretty sure I didn't and wasn't saying anything about your specific situation.

I also don't believe I said anything about being IN the hospital room, did I?
