Yeah by being a b***h about it....nice job. Telling someone they have no self control is pretty constructive.

Moderation is key!

WEll that's kinda the point of it being a "cheat". normally ppl who cheat on trying to be healthy aren't going to run out and get rice cakes and salads..

That's very true. Maybe allow yourself a snack a day?

The way I see it, you didn't go overboard. You had 2 double cheeseburgers and fries with a little bit of ice cream. Big whoop. As long as you're drinking plenty of water, eating healthy MOST of the time, taking vitamins, and walking then I see no issue. You will lose most of your weight BFing after you give birth and that's when the real "diet" will start....ugh. So enjoy yourself for the time being every now and then :) and I love McDonald's too! Yum!

She just had her cheat.. Mcdonalds.

If she had no self control she wouldn't even of posted this. She would eat whatever she wanted and not care about limiting herself.

God, it's not like the woman went on a drinking binge and shot herself up with some crack. She had a couple cheeseburgers.
Shit, I try my best to eat healthy. Snack on carrots and apples instead of the fudge I made last night. But, I'll be damned if I don't have a burger every once in a while, though, lol.
OP do your thing :) You're not loading up on McD's every night, once in a while isn't going to do any harm as long as you eat well in between. And breastfeeding helps the baby weight melt off!
