34 weeks prego, cronic hypertension, and gestational diabetes...(not sure they have anything to do w it, but just in case)



and my calfs are killing me. not sore to the touch, just so very very achy. anyone else?

Make sure you're getting enough calcium and potassium.

def lacking both of those things. never drink milk, dont like cheese, and not a banana fan....if that could be causing it, gonna suck it up, bc oouuchh.

You can get tums with added calcium. And maybe a potassium vitamin? Idk.

I also have GB and I noticed when my calf's hurt it was cause my sugar was high...my OB said it was normal
