Put the eggs in the oven and bake them. Use a muffin pan. Perfect for deviled eggs cause its easy to do 12 at a time. And I think the shell comes off easier when I do it this way. I learned this on pinterest (:
Martha Stewart said to put them in a pan with cold water, wait until they start boiling and then boil them for 13 minutes. Drain the water and let cold water run on them and fill the pot. Let sit 7 minutes. I roll them and crack the whole shell. Good luck.
