low carb! & 3 meals/3 snacks per day :D

Do you do any exercise? Like a dance class or a job where you are on your feet?

All meats have no carbs. So you can have lots of it. It's best to stick to protein.



Foods that have lots of carbs that you should cut back on would be like, breads, potatoes, starches of any kind, and sugar (sugar turns into carbs).



I try to stay between 25 and 35 carbs per meal :)



If you do eat carbs/sugar try to pair it with a protein :)

Yip ive just started running/walking (mostly walking)
