What CD do you start testing twice a day. My cycles are usually 26-28 days and I'm on CD7 (I had some spotting yesterday, I still wore a tampon but it wasn't bloody, just pinkish)

CD 10 on a 28 day cycle, but only test once a day at the same time every day. Never test twice a day, it'll mess up your readings since LH fluctuates.

I always started testing on CD 9 and did it twice a day (2pm and 8pm) until i got a positive.

I was on a 28 day cycle. Since I bought the ones with 20 in it I tested 3 times a day. I ended up having to buy a second pack because I ovulated later than I was supposed to but testing 3 times a day actually help me get the beginning to the end of my LH surge. I actually got my positive for 3 days which means I caught it right at the beginning. If you have enough it won't hurt to test twice a day. Just make sure to limit your liquid intake about 2 hours before testing and try not to go to the bathroom before then either.
