I'd find a way around it.
Can you get your son a prepaid cell phone? Just put enough minutes on there so you can call and talk to him, tell him it is his cell phone that you bought for him and no one else can have it, and to only use it to speak to you.
Then you can just call and speak to him as you please. Not sure how old he is, I'm assuming a wee bit older if he can speak on the phone.

Then you need to tell the court. That's your fault for dealing with it.

Just like we can't tell my ex husband he can't talk to my daughter.

Well, I mean, he could be living with you and you could talk to him day and night. But, you chose for him not to.

So it would work, I've known younger children with iPhones lol.
I knew how to use a phone at that age, he could always call his own mother I'm assuming unless they keep the phone on lock down.

She's jealous of you and BD's relationship?

She's married to him... I'm thinking she has a better relationship with him than you do.

But. tell the courts. That's bull.

Only dumb breezies say shit like this.

You do realize, if this is the case, then your husband has how many guys' sloppy seconds? (thirds, fourths, fifths, sixths, whatever)

That is seriously one of the most annoying lines ever.
