It was frozen this morning. Put it in at 9 am in a tub full of cold water... its 10:41 now. Do I leave it there over night? Fridge? Sink? I dunno  HELP! Its only a 15 lbs bird.

I go by this:

Defrosting

First of all, if you've bought a frozen turkey, you'll need to defrost it. This works best if you plan ahead
