My constant hunger accompanied by my crazy weight gain, is worrying me. After two thanksgiving dinners, I'm still hungry. I'm fighting the urge to go get food from the kitchen, and I have to do this every day (hold myself back from eating non stop).

I thought I was doing good, but some how still managed to gain 4lbs between my Monday appt and my Wednesday appt.this week. I just never feel full, but I don't allow myself to eat a ton because I don't want to gain a ton of weight like my mom and sister.

This is frustrating... I didn't have this problem with my daughter.

Try eating more fiber and protein.

Quoting Devil's Advocate:" Try eating more fiber and protein. "

I have been, I even started eating protein bars (doctor told me too) to make sure I get my recommended amount every day. I get plenty of both.
