If she has her from 1_3 then that's only 2 hours so I think lo will bw fine. But it is your kid & you can remind her that she needs a diaper change @ ___ time

When DD started getting to that point, I cut her fluids almost in half. Now she drinks probably 8-10 sippy cups a day and I think the cups are 9 and 12OZ. She usually uses the 9oz ones though.

1 to 3 is 2 hours. And that's not long to go between changes, IMO.

Okay a 19 month old should not be going through diapers like that.

A 19 month old doesn't need a diaper change every 1.5 hours:?

She should only need 1or 2 diaper changes in that time period depending on her age... how old is she? And tell mil how you feel, but what makes you feel like she isn't being changes enough?

Agree. A new diaper every 1.5 hours for a 1 year old. Thats nuts.

DD has been going through only 5-6 diapers A DAY since she was probably 15 months or so.
