Definitely should have been on home disclosure.

...By law the former owners needed to tell her about this when she purchased the house.

Depends if there was any prior tip offs like paranormal stuff going on n how bad it was. Esp if it didn't go away w cleansing then yeah I'd be wanting to move.

Legally, they still needed to tell her.

I would be pissed. And break lease and move out. Then take them to court so i wouldn't get in trouble for breaking lease. It was their responsibility to tell her.

Eh... probably unless I had some sort of conection to the victim's. I more than likely wouldn't have moved in knowing that, but if she's been there, I wouldn't pack up and move right away.

I wouldn't move.

But legally her landlords needed to disclose that information before she moved in. I would be wondering what other things I wasn't being told.

Um, yeah unless there's like bloodstains on the walls and shit. But if it's a nice house I would stay. I don't believe in ghosts, though.

There isnt like the body is still there or the killer was after the house.

There would be no legal paperwork to tell the exact history of it.

I'd stay unless there was an unfriendly spirit.
