Same thing happened to me. I had polyhydramnios (too much fluid) and my stomach was HUGE. I finally got a pregnancy pillow called a "snoogle". Helped a lot for a while, but once I got near the end I really didn't sleep at all.

i was told not to sleep on my back at a certain point because baby is big enough to crush a major blood vessel and you can die. i was also told sleeping on your left side increases blood flow but then again after a certain time I forgot what sleep is. I dont really get much of it these days.

Quoting Tiffany ღ:" really?"

Yea, most of the time I hear "It's ok until you're not comfortable anymore".

I always felt weird about it anyway, kinda like I was going to smoosh him, but from what I understand it's pretty safe because they're so padded in there.

I sleep on my side. Never have been able to sleep on my stomach. Somehow right before I wake in the morning I end up laying on my back. I say whatever way is comfy for you do that. At 20 weeks no position is comfy for me anymore :)
