Is it agains the law for two boys to share a bed at the age around 9 and 5?

My brother is about to be 10 and has to share a bed with his little brother who I beleive is 5 now. He lives with his dad.

Okay, so that would definitely be something my mom should bring up when she gets another custody hearing.
I don't think it is okay.

Against the law? Very unlikely. But it would be cause to show that your mom could get custody since they obviously have very little space

I think if they are brother and sister it is against the law to share a room. I don't think it matters if they are the same sex. IDK about the same bed tho. Is it an every night thing or just every once in a while?

Why would that be against the law? My kids are 9&7 and on the weekends they get a kick out of sleeping in our guest room together. It's like a fun sleepover. They laugh, talk and giggle for hours before they actually fall asleep.

I can't see how it could be against the law, a lot of people are hurting financially and can only afford a small apartment where the kids have to share rooms. I'm not saying that its a good thing but I just don't see how it could be illegal. If its illegal then my friends sister would be in huge trouble. She has 7 kids in a 3 bedroom house lol.

Yes. The judge won't think it is okay either in a custody battle. This may sound dirty but she will want to bring up every little thing to get them back.

I've been googling, and it states that from age 7+ opposite sex siblings cannot share a room. It doesn't matter if they are same sex. And I don't see them sleeping in the same bed really being any different.
