I have decieded that I have TMJ or lock jaw. From what the other mommy's have said on here last time I posted about it, that's what it sounded like. The other day I was messing with DH and to get me back he reached out and squeezed on my face. Not hard enough to hurt or anything just to get me to quit b**b scooping him. Well when he did that I think he made my TMJ worse.... Today my jaw had litterally been getting stuck on a regular basis. It hurts and it scares me because I'm stuck with my mouth only opening so far for at least a minute to two mintues. Anyone know any home remedies to make it feel better? ): It's scary and sore and not fun ):

Im not sure but ive heard swishing warm tea or water around in your mouth can help. Not sure though.

"I have decieded that I have TMJ".... you cannot just 'decide' that you have a condition. Go to a doctor.

I had to get a night guard made at the dentist. I have it really bad, almost had to have wires put in my jaw.

K. With what money and insurance? I posted before explaining what's going on. I've also talked to some people about it. My bad for self diagnosing.. Pretty sure I'm not the only one...

I have TMJ and the only thing that really helps me is massaging my jaw (right at the "hinge"), stretching my mouth as big as I can (hurts, but helps), and taking afvil or tylenol.

Tylenol and warm tea is all I know to do with that problem.

Also forgot take a rag and make it damp. Then heat in up in microwave where its warm not burning hot. And lay it in that area. It'll loosen up the muscles.
