I keep feeling dizzy WHILE I'm nursing. What's going on? It hasn't happened any other time during the day.. just when I'm nursing LO. It's so weird and I feel like I'm going to fall asleep or pass out.

Are you still taking your prenatal? Breastfeeding takes a lot from you.

I agree. When I breastfed my DD I always got light headed and fatigued everytime she was on the b**b.

You are falling asleep. I had a lot of trouble staying awake when DD was nursing, when she was little. It relaxed me.

might be low on vitamins. im low in iron and that makes me dizzy.
if your bf you'll need more vitamins than normal coz the milk give baby lots

I took my prenatals awhile after birth both times..



but you release a natural chemical while nursing, it naturally makes you sleepy.

I didn't really feel sleepy though, it felt like the room was spinning.

that happened to me all the time, but my iron is really really low ever since i had my son...i found that eating a small snack right before i fed him helped out a lot...you may not be getting enough calories
