Every one now is telling me to pray. my lil baby already has sleep apnea, bradycardia, thrush and now hes being treated for an active MRSA infection on his face. I dont knw wat to do. My heart is breaking and I feel like my DH isnt even taking this seriously. Some ond tell me straight. What are his chances to pull thru? rgte now hes on bactroban ointment only....
Oh my I'm so sorry :(
Not sure how things will go but praying for him!
My ex babies dad got it in his bone. He's fine. Ill pray for baby. I'm sorry :(
I don't know, but you'll be in my thoughts. Poor little guy. What a fighter!
with every one saying im sorry its making me think the worst more
My LO had to be admitted to the hospital due to a UTI. They found out he has MRSA in his naval cavity. He's fine. There's a higher chance your LO will be fine too.

I'm not thinking of the worst. I've seen your posts and I feel so bad for you and the baby.

No, it's more of a I am sorry he is sick and you are both going through this. Don't think the worst...stay positive!
I'm a RN and in just my mom to mom opinion knowing what I know (because this is not medical consult of any way, just advice mom to mom) I have seen MRSA cases in adults and its not always that bad. From what you have said, he has MRSA from his face? So he has some type of sore there that came back as MRSA? Treat it with Bactroban is the first treatment. As far as the underlying medical issues, it shouldn't interfere. Sleep apnea and bradycardia are totally different issues, along with the thrush. It just seems like your child is going through a lot of different medical issues all at once, which can be scary. Just try to work through it all, be with your baby; but all these things combined are not a death sentence, but should still be considered serious enough for your SO. Good luck mama, I hope everything goes well. ;)
He should be fine as long as they're treating it. My BIL had MRSA on his arm and took antibiotics and he was totally fine.
I'll be thinking of you both momma. Hang in there. ((HUGS))
