Sleep schedule? ✌Nikki☀ 1 child; Illinois 2110 posts

When is a good time to get DD on a sleep schedule? As of now, she is 3 months old and she naps all together for about 30 minutes through out the day. Then she goes to sleep for the night between 1am and 2am and doesn't wake up until 10am. Now I'm not complaining... but I'd like to get her to sleep before 1 or 2. Is it too early still?

You can try. Slowly push back the bedtime by like 30 min to an hour until she adjusts then do it again until you reach the desired bedtime. make sure to have routine as well.

I'll try that. She is on a pretty steady eating schedule. She nurses about every hour. But I can't get her to nap during the day for the life of me. But once she goes to bed at night, she's out like a light. It's okay for now since I am unable to find a job and I'm a night owl myself. But I'm looking for work and PRAYING something opens up so I'd like to get her on a better schedule.

The boys sleeps schedules are bed by midnight, up around lunchtime (buy my family has odd hours). They take 2, 2 hour naps a day. They're 17 months old now, but have been doing this since they were 3 weeks old.

I've got morning nap time down lol thats it. He'll wake up around 8 then at 930 he's ready for a nap. But since he's been sick he's been sleeping all day & night so I think that ruined his naps lol. Back to square 1 (:
