Quoting Kaleighshaleigh:" Ummm...sort of. :) Here is what I believe and why. According to the scripture that I believe it says ... [snip!] ... see science as the authority and if the Bible doesn't fit into whatever a scientist tells them then it isn't accurate."

I believe the so -called fall of man was actually a blessing. Meaning we as souls would get to know something by experiencing the opposite. How could we really know joy without experiencing sorrow. As for death there is no such thing. It is an illusion. Besides why would I want to live forever in what is sometimes refered to as the ashcan of the universe known as earth.

Quoting Kaleighshaleigh:" You're a "scientifically minded Hindu" Good for you. But I'm curious...Why do you seem so insulted by ... [snip!] ... to believe whatever you want. Oh, and where does the Bible say that the earth is flat? I don't believe I've ever read that."

The earth may not be flat but my chest sure is.
