OMG I just made a super yuumm pad thai sauce ^___^ and it was really easy!

It was my first time making it by just mixing ingredients together.

I got a think of chicken tenderloins and made this sauce and put half of it to marinate the chicken, and saved half of it for the pad thai.

I mixed together
6 tbsps of soy sauce
juice of 2 limes
2 tbsp's of rice wine vinigar
1 tbsp of sesame oil
6 tbsps of brown sugar
1 tbsp of oyster sauce (because i didnt have fish sauce)
3 large cloves of garlic diced

I mixed it all together and put it in a saucepan and got it up to a light boil and stirred in 1 tbsp of peanut butter

I let it chill then put siracha in to taste.

I marinated the chicken for 3 hours and diced it and cooked it in some sesame oil

I diced 4 green onions and put half of them in a bowl and beat 3 eggs. I drizzled some more sesame oil into the pan and fried up the eggs and put it on a plate

I soaked the pad thai style rice noodles and put some more sesame oil into the pan and fried the noodles up and added the sauce, then the chicken and eggs and then a half cup of diced cilantro and some crushed peanuts to top.

It was fabulous. I am so picky with pad thai sauce but am sooo making this again.

I've gotta try that. Every time I make it, it tastes like garbage. Utterly horrible.

lol stinkers. I was just trying to explain to Andrew why I never cook dinner yesterday and he got butthurt because I lumped him in with the kids as a picky eater...I cook a real breakfast with eggs and bacon or sausage or beans and toast every morning but I am terrible about dinners...

breakfasts are super easy and simple around here. I recently fell in love with the idea of crock pot oatmeal, meaning you slow cook it all night, tons of fruits and stuff in it
