One of my friends has been posting all over FB about how she is making a big change for herself and she wants to be healthy, blah blah blah.



Last night she posted her dinner, which while it was healthy... it took up an entire large plate.
Then again this morning with the same thing.



I messaged her and said... uhm you DO know that moderation is VERY important in being healthy. All because something is "healthy" doesn't mean you can eat pounds of it.
Apparently I'm wrong lol She can eat however much she wants as long as it's healthy.
Well have fun with no weight loss dude...

It depends on how she did it... I lost over 80 lbs by doing weight watchers and there are some things you can eat almost whenever you want and still loose weight... I guess it depends on what she is eating but moderation is key of course with most foods

Yeah I feel the same way as you. There was a chick on here yesterday who said she ate a whole TUB of chocolate frosting in a day and said "If I don't have nausea I'm constantly stuffing my face."




She got mad cuz I told her it was gross. Then said she eats healthy stuff like potatoes and sweet potatoes and carrots. I don't care what you eat, constantly stuffing your face with ANY food is not good.

I was like...uh that is fucking gross.
I mean yeah I have torn into my lemon frosting in the cupboard but I was dipping pretzels in it and barely put a dent in it!

She's just not a very intelligent person. We have went out to eat before and she will get a salad...but put SO MUCH ranch on it you can't even see anything...
but says she is still being healthy because it's salad... no dude... your salad does not exist anymore lol

Frosting is just... yeah.
I took down like 8 steaks in one dinner when I was pregnant with my daughter lmao don't feel bad.

The only food you can basically eat in large amounts are veggies, and that doesn't mean you can drown them in dip either. Even some fruit you can't pig out on, it can be just as bad.

Like last night (and most of my meals lol) I had a smaller portion of meat, a TON of broccoli and cauliflower, and a VERY small amount of homemade mashed potatoes that I even shared with my youngest lol

OP you should tell her to add a lot of veggies! I don't eat a lot of fruit anymore...only in moderation now because some fruits aren't too great as well
