For breastfeeding? General rule of thumb is 16 oz every time you nurse.

I drink minimum 64oz per day when not nursing (usually a gallon, though)

Almost double when nursing

ITs a good rule of thumb to aim for a gallon a day.

It depends on weight and height and if you are nursing among other factors.

A day? 8 glasses a day, 64 ounces is what my doctor is always telling me. Of course that never happens, but I try. I can't stand water.

Take your weight, divide it in half, and the number you get is the minimun amount of water, in ounces, you should consume daily.
So, I weigh 120lbs; I need a minimum of 60oz water/ daily. Because I breastfeed and exercise, I increase that amount further.

Oh yuck. That's be about 110 oz. I can't drink more than a bottled water and a soda/coffee a day without feeling sick to my stomach. I gotta step it up.
