EASY CROCKPOT POTATO SOUP

1 30oz. bag of frozen, shredded hash browns {I used Ore Ida}
3 14oz. cans of chicken broth
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 pkg. cream cheese {don

I always wing it. Last time it was with whipping cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, potatoes (of course), chicken broth, salt/pepper, diced onions, chives....whatever else I'm forgetting. I just add, taste, add, taste.

mine is way too simple..but so good, i made a huge pot and had a bunch of people over and it was a hit...


a big ass bag of cut and peeled potatoes...

a big ass pot full of chicken stock... cook potatoes then mash slightly to a lumpy slurry..

serve with FRESH COOKED crumbled bacon, sour cream, chives and cheese..
really good
