DH just found out he is pre-diabetic so he has tried to change his eating habits. He is now working out and sticking to brown rice, veggies, salmon, tuna, etc. I need some dinner ideas! I am completely out of ideas because he is so picky. Help!

Technically he doesn't need to cut anything out. Just go on a low carb diet.

Well he is overweight as well. By a lot. So his doctor told him to cut out sugary foods, soda, stuff like mac n cheese that is loaded with fat and calories.

Because he needs to lose like almost 90lbs or so to be in a healthy weight range.

Quoting Mama to J ♥:" Well he is overweight as well. By a lot. So his doctor told him to cut out sugary foods, soda, stuff ... [snip!] ... that is loaded with fat and calories. Because he needs to lose like almost 90lbs or so to be in a healthy weight range. "

Oh well that makes sense if he needs to lose weight as well, but rice can spike his blood sugars too, hell so does fruit lol
