and I have a feeling this weight loss kick might actually last this time, I am so motivated :) I can't go to a gym or afford to buy gym equipment so I am just doing these things to help me;



- Power walk for an hour a day
- Do sit ups, ten reps of ten a day
- Laying flat and lifting my pelvis off the floor, ten reps of ten a day
- Do at least fifteen minutes a day of 'leg curls' that I remembered from a workout video
- Dancing to zumba videos I have found online



Also, I am using diet shakes that my friends recommended. They replace two meals a day. I will consume no more than 1000 calories a day.
I don't know exactly how much I weigh but it's a lot (I don't own scales). But my aim is to drop to at least a size 12 (England size? Lol) and to lose at least 4 stone. I have not given myself a time limit because that would give me unrealistic goals.

Day 2 for me as well!!! I do have an elliptical and plan on using it in the morning and at night time. Headed to the grocery store today and want to plan some healthy meals and snacks.

I am eating low carbs and exercising. This always works for me:) I wanted to take rasberry keytones as a friend of mine lost a lot of weight on this. I have kidney disease so I can't take them so for me it will be good ol eating healthy.. Lol

I have not heard of the Raspberry Keytones. Are you tracking your calories at all or just more conscious eating habits?

I'm down to 1000 calories a day and replace two meals with weight loss shakes, so far it is working :)

No, I don't watch calories at all. I just watch carbs. I have 2-3 carbs per meal and I-2 carbs for 2 snacks a day. So I pretty much eat small amounts all day. How are you guys doing soo far? Raspberry keytones was on Dr Oz I was told.

Are the shakes included in your 1000 calories? Or is it 1000 calories plus the shakes? Are you working out or just dieting?

Yes they are included. I'll have two shakes then I have 600 for a meal. I work out as well but at home not the gym and I walk two miles a day :)
