Sudafed and some nice hot tea with lemon and honey will make you feel great. Also a warm bath.

Sudafed, mucinex, robotussin the original, stay away from multi symptom tylenols

humidifier, or hot steam shower
netipot
lemon and honey water or tea-warm
vicks rub
essential oils set out in a hot bowl with eucalyptus,peppermint or lavander oil.

The Z Pack was the only thing that worked for me.

This!! I had my ob call it in for me after trying the over the counter meds.
