Has anyone done it? What kind of oil did you use, and did you feel any different? I've been looking into it, is it safe to do while breastfeeding?

I've read about it. I'm sure it's safe to do wile nursing, it's just oil and water. I take a few tbsp of coconut oil a day, even while I was nursing.

I can't think of why it wouldn't be safe, but I've heard from a lot of people/doctors to not do anything detoxifying while nursing. Did you feel any different when you started taking coconut oil?

I was fine and I detoxed all the time while nursing. I take diluted apple cider vinegar and drink loads of green tea also. The coconut oil, I started taking for digestion benefits which did work but it also has just made me feel much healthier and less sluggish.

What does diluted apple cider vinegar do? I haven't heard about that one.

Internally, it detoxifies. I know there are more internal benefits but I haven't researched them. Externally, it levels out the skin's pH and is a good spot treatment for acne. You have to dilute, regardless because its very acidic.

Hmm, I'll have to look into that. Thanks!
