That post was meant to be longer haha so here's the rest of it :)

We're 14 weeks, as of yesterday, and HELLO 2nd trimester!! I CAN DRINK COFFEE AGAIN!!! I had some last week and things went good, so this weekend I made a cup and we were good to go :) I'm feeling great, still sleepy but great. I'm feeling flutters, they come and go, mainly when I'm sitting or laying down still and sometimes at work. I can't wait till I start feeling jabs and stuff, I love to feel the baby. We have another Dr's appointment on the 7th of February and hopefully hubby can come with me so he can meet the Dr. He didn't get to meet the Dr I had when I was pregnant with Dylan till the next morning of my labor before the C-Section. I want him to meet this one way before hand. Let's see...buying things. We haven't bought anything yet. We have the car seat, stroller, mattress for the crib (it's our sons bed right now), some boy clothes that we kept from Dylan, a bouncer, walker, high chair, tummy time play pad, the chair that vibrates that you can buckle them in (having a brain fart and can't remember what it's called haha). All we have to get is the crib, bassinet, a glider that I want, a dresser, and a swing (which we're getting from our friends here in a few months), clothes and bottles.

Sorry I'm so chatty, just super super exited! It's been a great week and it's only Tuesday!!! I hope you all have a great week too! How are you all feeling?

Hey everyone! Long time no talk (if any of you still remember me, I think it's been at least a month since I've posted). I haven't had a computer for a while so I've been lurking on my phone for the last couple weeks. It's nice to see everyone is doing well, and I think we are all in our second trimester (yay!). I can't believe some of you have found out the genders already, that's crazy! I won't find out until the end of February. Hopefully, I can remain active in here so I can make some new friends, I know I have a lot of support from the mommies from my last due date thread, so it would be awesome to have the same here. Hope all is well

Of course you will!! We totally understand not being here all the time. It's hard with the lives we all live! I hope you're doing great! I don't get to find out till the beginning of March. We're hoping March 8 since it's my birthday :)

I am doing well, but I still have zero energy! I would love to just have half the energy I used to, but I think that has to do with my work schedule and my sleeping more than anything. My allergies have been keeping me up most of the night for the last few weeks. We are getting our humidifier installed on our furnace right now, so hopefully that will help with my allergies and maybe help me get some sleep! Other than that, no complaints! Hopefully, you get to find out what your having on the 8th, what a great gift!

BTW, I have a Dylan too. :)

I laughed at the stingy part my husband is the same way. And so is his father, except he has no problem spending 13 grand on a new skidoo, and trailers and trucks and all that kinda stuff. but i want a new hair straighten and shit hits the fan! haha jk...its not that bad but its just kinda funny. So crazy how differant places can be if ym hubby made 30 some thousand a year we wouldnt be able to live. In february he receives a bonus that he gets every year and its usually 25 grand. He makes over 12,000 a month.(we def dont see all that though, dam taxes!)We def dont use all the money we put A LOT away in savings. We've owned 3 houses so far and were slowly moving on up! lol, our last place we lived in was acutally a 3 level brand new condo overlooking the lake that we live near, but it only had 2 bedrooms so once baby #2 came we decided after about a year of her in our room that we needed a bigger place and a backyard. So we built this place and it was nice we livd in the condo while building so we were on teh streets haha, and then we acutally decided to keep the condo along with our house and now we rent out the condo for 1900$ a month! So those people are paying our mortgage for us. We hope one day it can be paid off and that rental money will just be in our pocket as extra cash :)

Quoting Chris's Mommy:" My hair is really fine so when it gets long it doesn't look healthy anymore. Mine is just below my shoulders ... [snip!] ... to get on my nerves. I am thinking of cutting it short so I don't have to mess with it while I am driving across the country."

I kno what you mean my sil's has super thin fine hair and when hers gets long it gets so scraggly looking, then she cuts a few inches off and all of a sudden it looks healthy and fuller. Crazy what a nice haircut will do.

hey all.

im freaking out, i need to get it out, and i dont want to tell alot of people so if your on my FB please dont say anything. so my daguhter is brusing easily and i noticed she had 2 blood noses the past couple weeks and complaing of stomach pain. i took her to the doctor and the did a CBC and stuff and her numbers arent normal. the doctor said they want to repeat the test and then see a specialist. i know something is up with her, and im convinced its cancer. I told my mom the test was normal along with a couple oterh people. but im just scared and keeping it in, and hoping she doesnt have lukemia.. the doctor said blood tests and bone marrow tests will most likely want to be done. i dont think i can handle that.......

How scary :( I know hearing any bad news about a child is devastating!

Did they give you a copy of the lab results? What on them was abnormal?

I do not know your family or reasoning for keeping it from them but it might be a good idea to share the information with them because you may need some support. I couldnt even imagine learning that something may be seriously wrong with my child and like you I may keep it in. Its hard to say from an outsiders point of view.

Try not to stress and worry and just enjoy each day with her. How is she acting? Does she seem off from her normal self? And I know she has seizures, what kind of seizures are they?

Stay strong! She needs you to.

:( i hope you get some answers soon. I cannot imagine thinking something like that was wrong with my child. But it can happen to anyone, anytime. Really scary. Are those signs of leukimia? what makes you think thats what it is??
Im sorry that you feel like you cant tell your family, i know at a time like this that is the first thing i would do as i would need to for support. but i know not all people have very close relationships with family. For now just try to relax as much as possible and enjoy being with her, nothing has been diagnosed and as of now its just some numbers not being normal... I hope the other tests can determine what it is and i hope its not what you think it is. Stay strong mama! and keep us posted. I will be thinking and praying for you guys.

they told me her Red blood cells and white blood cell count was low.. just over the phone i dont have a copy. she gave me a number to make an appt with a specialist and she said more tests will probably be done.

she has epilpesy and a gene deletion on her chromosome 7.. i did googling and chromosme 7 is linked to lukemia it said... she has bruises all over body, and she also has had acouple bloody noses, pale face with bags, and complaing her tummy hurts now an then.....

i hope its just medicine causing this...

I hope its just the medicine too. And you should stop googling...it is going to stress you out even more! Google tells you everything you dont want to hear i find. Every symptom is something bad.
