Well...I have been drinking the red raspberry leaf tea. I am not taking it as often as it says (3 times a day). I just had one cup yesterday and one cup today. I am feeling crampy. Nothing huge though. Don't really expect anything. I read that it just increases the effectiveness of any braxton Hicks you may have. Plus when you do go into labor they think it can help with having a shorter labor. My daughter's was only seven hours so I don't plan on going crazy drinking it. Lol

I have a bunch of RRL. I started using it at the beginning of the 3rd trimester, but since it got hot here I stopped drinking it at least a month ago. I need to make up a pitcher of it and put it in the refrigerator so I can drink it cold.

I started drinking RRL and taking capsules. I don't want another 19hr labor with 2.5hrs pushing! I get crampy after drinking it so I'm taking it easy right now... until after 37wks, then look out! haha. I'm also taking EPO... though I may cut that out for a while, gives me wicked heart burn and makes me burp some gross tasting burps >_<

I still haven't found any RRL tea, but I haven't checked at the local herb shop either. Might do that this weekend.

I did get some EPO yesterday. I'm not entirely sure how much I'm supposed to be taking. I don't want to overdo it because I've heard there may be a low instance of it being linked to an increased chance of uterine rupture (the risk would still be teeny, but y'know) and that it thins your blood. I got the 1000mg capsules and took one each way. I'm not inserting one tonight since I have an OB appointment in the morning and I would be horrified if she pulled out the leftover shell like "Hey, what's this?". lol

Can anyone else see baby practice breathing?? He seems to do it all the time now, which is exciting! :D The first time I noticed it I had to show DH to make sure I wasn't tripping.

Walmart may have capsules though I heard the tea is better. I got my tea and capsules at a "crunchy" vitamin shop... but check the herb place, loose leaf is better in a lot of peoples' opinion too.

I heard about the premature rupture of water but not the blood issue. I had some horrible loose stools today too, which I'm pretty sure is a side effect. I may stop using it for a while. Not sure yet.

LOL Yeah that'd be terrible! haha. I'm not planning on letting my OB check me for dilation so I don't have to worry about that.

How can you tell the difference between breathing and hic ups? I'm not sure if I feel her breathing or if it's all hic ups (if so, poor girl!)

Ok ladies, I still have to go back and read the million pages I missed, but hello!

I wanted to update you all on the babies but our hospital's wifi decided BG was porn, so it had it blocked lol.

I went in at 5:30 on Friday morning to prepare for my c-section. We went back and got me on the table at 7:30 and babies were out at 7:48 and 7:49!

We named Baby A Cody Flynn and Baby B Owen Mitchel. They were sent to the NICU due to low temperatures and then kept there because they were spitting up their food almost always. They were both on a feeding tube for a day which they received whatever food they didn't take by mouth. We went back to all bottle feeding yesterday and they took 100% of their food that way!
We were told that they would be in until Friday but they let us come home today because they are doing so well. We are settling in now before MIL's arrival so I won't be on here until tonight. I will post pictures at that time since Cody is asleep in my lap and this is killing my arms.

Oh man, so that's what these burps have been? I couldn't figure it out. But of course, they started the same time I started taking the EPO. I've been taking RRL pills, not tea. I'm not a big tea drinker, but I haven't noticed any cramping.

D you think the EPO has been causing my nauseous? I've been hella nauseous lately.

Very possible. I took it when TTC and had nasty burbs... and have been queasy the past few days but it COULD be the heat here too... but it's been less hot so...

I have half a mind to stop taking the EPO orally and just take it vaginally.

Lovely :-(

I have a low dose EPO 500MG. I've only been taking one capsule. I was going to up it, but I keep forgetting. I haven't inserted it yet, I've felt too blah and lazy I kept forgetting.
