Are you dilated at all? That sucks that he would lose vacation pay!

I think a siggy is a great idea :D

I dunno. They said I was closed at 35 weeks and haven't checked me since then. They were supposed to last week, but the doctor was a jerk and was dead set I was having a c-section so there was no point. :? I'm hoping they'll check at my appointment tomorrow.

I've been cleaning/organizing and what not like crazy today. Been having some painful cramping but nothing at all close to being constant. My DR appt is tomorrow and I think he'll want to check me. It doesn't mean much but I'm kinda curious and not up for a fight anyway.

Got the crib set up but no mattress yet. I forgot we wanted to side car it so we'll have to semi take it back apart lol

I'm making myself all nervous. I've been feeling so weird all day and when I checked my BP earlier it was normal, but my pulse was in the 50's. Just now I started feeling funky again so I checked it and it was like 160/100! I gave it a few minutes and checked again and it was like 156/96, so I called the on call nurse to ask if I should worry about it, but she said she couldn't tell me anything and would have to have the doctor call me back, so I left my number. I felt a little more calm when I got off the phone with her so I decided to see if it had gone down, but instead it had gone up to 169/113. I don't remember what it was when they induced me with DD but it hasn't been this high my whole pregnancy and it's suddenly shooting up now.

Still waiting to be called back. I'm hoping it comes down and I can just go to my appointment tomorrow.

He apparently doesn't like VBACs. All the other doctors have been on board with it. The main issue is that the baby is estimated to be ginormous, but he said that he "had concerns, plus with the baby being so big". I'm not sure what exactly his other "concerns" are since he didn't tell me. :? I won't be seeing him again if I can help it.

Well, it's still high, but it seems to be coming down so I'm going to bed. The dr still hasn't called back and it's been over half an hour so I'm assuming they aren't worried. I'll just check it again after I lay down and mention it at my appointment tomorrow.

Good luck at your appointment too, Stephanie!

That's my next appt too. I have to decide If I want my membranes stripped. I figure it might be better to get it done at 39/40 weeks. If it doesn't work then I just wait it out. Hubby's off work now till the 25th so the sooner the better.

Extreme insomnia... Ugh. The end if pregnancy woes. I see the OB in the morning, and we are stripping my membranes... Again. Last week I thought it was the real deal after 4 hours of serious contractions and show it just all stopped. Hoping for progress tomorrow. We also find out if we are getting a new vehicle tomorrow. I'm excited since it would be mine basically... A 2012 town and country... Loaded with leather! How nice would that be!?!? Anyway, fingers crossed. It's a busy day but I simply cannot go to sleep... Which is driving me nuts. DH is working 2 graves tonight and tomorrow for his training schedule, so that leaves me with no one to cuddle with. Ibthinkbthats part of my problem.... My bed is empty :(

Sorry... Chatty since I can't sleep ;)

Hey, maybe the extra energy is that bit you get before going into labor! I'll keep my fingers crossed anyway. :) And congrats on the car!

I'm so nervous about my appointment. I have no idea what to expect other than uncontrollable hormonal sobbing on my end, because that's what I do when I feel trapped/pressured. And I HATE crying in front of anyone other than DH. Grr. Not sure if I should expect them to want to take him today or schedule me for Friday or what, but we'll see. Guess I'd better go get ready either way. Looks like lots of us have appointments today, so best of luck to those that do!

Sorry you can't sleep. I couldn't either. Eli wouldn't sleep in his own bed so that sucks since all he does is flop around all
Night. So annoying! A new car would
Be nice!!!! I need to clean my van before baby comes!

I had a hard time sleeping last night too. I ended up playing on my phone for at least 2 or 3 hours before I could lay back down. My RLS is really bothering me again.
